I have been an admin on plenty of yours and Derek's servers. I have also owned a couple that never really took flight. Therefore I look to admin yours.

Leadership qualities that I withhold:
I am a very strong leader, I take hold of the reigns no matter what project of which scale. I motivate those I lead to complete the project, and hype the crowd to complete future projects.

Why do you want to be a moderator/advertiser?:
I want to help your server become a successful server.
